One of the biggest mistakes we make in life is thinking we have time.
Our kids are still young, we have time. Next week I will call my old friend, I have time. I need to read my bible and pray, I’ll do it tomorrow, I have time. I really want to write a book or start that blog, I’ll do it later, I still have time.
Well my friends, the time is now.
One of the lies of the devil, procrastination, is thinking we will always have time. Let me tell you, those kids grow up, those old friends pass away and we are left wondering where the time went.
Today don’t make the mistake of wasting time. Enjoy your life, cherish your children, spend time with your friends and love your family.
God is calling you today! One word from God can change your life, but are you ready and waiting? Or thinking that you still have time?
You are a child of the most high called to do mighty works. You are a beautiful crown for the Lord. You are His masterpiece on display for His splendor. Your value is far above any rubies or pearls. He has called you by name in His presence. You are chosen to be His instrument to do His work and speak out for Him. He has brought you from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted. The slate of your wrong doings has been wiped away. You were made for such a time as this!
You are redeemed and called to high places for this TIME!
Isaiah 44:22 (MSG) – I’ve wiped the slate of all your wrongdoings. There’s nothing left of your sins. Come back to me, come back. I’ve redeemed you.
Isaiah 62:3 (GNT) – You will be a beautiful crown for the Lord.
Ephesians 2:10 (NLT) – For you are God’s masterpiece
Proverbs 31:10 (AMP) – Her value is far above rubies or pearls.
1 Peter 2:9-10 (MSG) – But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he made for you- from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted.
Matthew 22:4 (NLT) – For many are called but few are chosen.
Esther 4:14 (NLT) – Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?
Prayer:
Father, help us make the most of our time. Let us use the dreams and visions you have given us to do your mighty works. Remind us that we are chosen for a high calling of priestly work. Thank you for choosing us to display your glory for such a time as this.
Amen!
