It has been over a month in waiting to write this blog post. The reason is that dealing in truth is hard. The Lord has revealed so much truth to me but how much of it do I share? Leading up to writing this post I realize its not my job to expose people or ministries but to expose the enemy and his lies.
The truth is that the church has fallen away with preparing the body for the new season we are in. We are living in the last days and now more than ever is an urgency of reaching the lost and broken. The body of Christ needs to be taught, discipled and be prepared for war.
1. New Aged Church
Now in days the church has become “New Aged”. It’s about speaking prosperity and materialistic things into “being” and speaking “positive confessions” which all sound like “The Law of Attraction” to me. True biblical principles are disregarded by half-truths, false teachings and worldly compromises.
2 Timothy 4:3-4 (TPT) – For the time is coming when they will no longer listen and respond to the healing words of truth because they will become selfish and proud. They will seek out teachers with soothing words that line up with their desires, saying just what they want to hear. They will close their ears to the truth and believe nothing but fables and myths.
The Church of Jesus Christ
We are the church of Jesus Christ, when I say church I am not talking about a physical building. Together, we are called to represent His name. The Lord has empowered us to take down strongholds, use the authority of Jesus Christ and go into the devil’s territory and take back all that he has stolen. It is time for the church to rise up, get in the devils face and say enough is enough.
The reason why the enemy has the upper hand is because we have an unarmed church. We have a church that doesn’t know their authority in Jesus, doesn’t know their identity, who they truly are in Christ, a church that is playing patty cake with the devil and we wonder why our lives are a mess.
“A third of the angels chased the question mark, which is Satan, but all along they had the answer, which is Jesus Christ, the Son of God. It is disturbing to say history is repeating itself now in the Church. We are leaving our posts to follow doctrines of demons, clever ideas, false theologies and man-made programs- all catering to the flesh, the things of the world and the devil himself.”

2. Self-Help
There are so many “Christian” self-help motivational speakers. They convince you that you are in control of your dreams. “You need to push harder because you got it within you.” “Be better.” “Never give up on your dreams.” “Be your own hero.” “Take care of yourself because no one else will.” “Be honest with yourself and take consistent action based on insights from self-reflection”.
While all this sounds good the problem with self-help is that it is self-centered and not God-centered. Our first inspiration should be Jesus not these motivational self-help “Christians”.
Matthew 16:24-26 (MSG)- Then Jesus went to work on his disciples. “Anyone who intends to come with me has to let me lead. You’re not in the driver’s seat; I am. Don’t run from suffering; embrace it. Follow me and I’ll show you how. Self-help is no help at all. Self-sacrifice is the way, my way, to finding yourself, your true self. What kind of deal is it to get everything you want but lose yourself? What could you ever trade your soul for?
We Are Blind and Ignorant
This is how New Age is creeping into the Christian Church’s and we are so blind and ignorant about of devices of the devil and dismiss the red flags because the message sounds good and inspiring.
The days of going to church on Sundays, hearing a feel-good message, then going about your life the rest of the week is over. This leaves you right open to the attacks of the enemy. Then we wonder why our marriages are falling apart, why our children are turning away from God and we are depressed and filled with anxiety. We are in the last days and it is time for the end time church to rise up and take its place.
Subtle Infiltration
The churches established by the apostles in first-century Palestine started off on fire. One hundred and twenty God-fearing people stepped out of the Upper room onto the streets of Jerusalem just two weeks after Jesus ascension to heaven- but they had a secret weapon. They had just been touched and soaked by the Holy Spirit.
Up until this time, the 120 had been hiding as marked men and women- with bull’s eyes on their backs- because they had decided to follow Jesus. But now, filled with the zeal and fire from the Holy Spirit, they took to the streets and were confronted by an angry mob filled with hate. That mob included the religious leaders, the very ones who had crucified Jesus.
Yet they were not afraid to confront the devil face-to-face. They understood how to engage demonic opposition with the Word of God. When three thousand souls were added to the Church in a single day. Suddenly this powerful movement call Christianity was untouchable.
Fast-forward a few decades and already what started as a pure, on-fire Church had been infiltrated by the devil to water down the Gospel and pull people from the truth of Jesus Christ.
Today, we find ourselves in the same predicament. But a remnant is rising up, the end-time Church of Jesus Christ, and I thank God with all my heart for that. This remnant is ready to take on the last spiritual warfare fight that we will see. I believe that many will be set free, people will be healed and delivered from demonic oppression and every weapon in the devil’s arsenal will be destroyed.

Rise Up End Time Church
We, the church, need to stop chasing the question mark and start looking to Jesus. There is a harvest of lost souls, and we are called to be the laborers. There is an urgency like never before, and our first reactions should be to go out and reached the lost and broken.
I wrote this blog not to condemn but to awaken. The Lord says a great awakening is taking place. He wants an Awakened Church. There is about to be a transfer to the Kingdom. The Lord wants to release the keys to the kingdom, to His chosen. One of the keys comes through intimacy and another through worship.
Prayer
Father, we thank you for your words of truth. Please remove the scales that have blinded us from seeing in the spirit. Help us, so we can see in the spirit realm what you want us to see. Give us the spirit of discernment and remind us to test all teachings and spirits. We bind and rebuke the tactics of the enemy in every area of our lives, we pull down all strongholds that was caused by ignorance. Help us to realize You are the only way.

Despite each of us already receiving His calling, we do appear to be lost at times and the church is faltering.
His ultimate calling was the Great Commission and together, He called us to represent His name and for each and every Christian to share and spread Christianity to the masses to reach the lost and broken and to expand Christianity into the hearts of the many.
The new age that infiltrates the church does provide Him and us with benefits that enable each of us to undertake His Great Commission.
We often read about the detriment that modern technology has placed upon society.
We read how the mobile phone, computers and social media has stolen our one-on-one social skills and interactivity and how this impedes our ability to communicate.
But we need to adapt to this technology and use it for the betterment and growth of Christianity, which is sadly in decline.
We all need to become one of the original 120.
We each need to become our own church and spread His word, His life and His glory to the masses once again.
I will do my part and continue to encourage them to walk with Him.
